'The Masked Singer' Season 10 winner, Cow, is unmasked

Cow joined the list of "The Masked Singer" winners. Before he was unmasked, the panelists took one last shot at guessing who he could be.

Nick Cannon said he finally figured out who it was, before Robin Thicke guessed it was Ne-Yo. Nicole Scherzinger said that Cow had her fooled all season but after his last performance knew it was Ne-Yo. Ken Jeong said it was Usher, while Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg chose Billy Porter.

Thicke and Scherzinger were correct because it was Ne-Yo.

"You had me fooled the first few performances," Nick Cannon said. Scherzinger agreed and added, "You take the cake because nobody has ever fooled us like this."

"I was giving real girl cow realness," he said, adding that he chose the disguise to fool the panelists. "I don't need the Grammys stage, I got the 'Masked Singer' stage."

Ne-Yo also explained how the costume was in honor of his mom and growing up in a household full of women. "My mother has been my rock for my entire life," he said. The singer also dedicated his trophy to his kids.

The Donut is revealed: Find out who was under the mask

After Donut was revealed to be the Season 10 runner-up, he was the first to be unmasked. The panelists gave their final guesses on who it could be, starting with Robin Thicke, who guessed it was Tom Jones.

Nicole Scherzinger believed it was her friend Engelbert Humperdinck, Ken Jeong guessed it was also Tom Jones, and Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg thought it was John Schneider.

McCarthy Wahlberg was correct because the Donut was "Dukes of Hazzard" star John Schneider.

"I'm a theater brat," he said. "I have always considered myself a singer, who will act for food."

Jeong got visibly emotional, telling Donut that he was starstruck and grew up watching his show with his family.

"Thank you for being so vulnerable. I feel you brother, I love you brother, and thank you for enriching our lives," he said.

When asked what this moment means to him, Schneider said, "I'm honored to be here. I know that my bride would have been delighted."

In tears, he added that it was really great to be a part of the show, before getting emotional about his wife's death. "That's why it's still so fresh... Make sure that if you love someone desperately, make sure that before you go to sleep tonight, they know it."

He concluded his speech by congratulating Cow.

'The Masked Singer' Season 10 winner is announced

After Donut and Cow's final performances, one was crowned the winner.

After panelists and audience votes, "The Masked Singer" Season 10 winner of the Golden Mask trophy was Cow.

"I feel amazing," Cow said after the win.

Cow returns to the stage for a chance to become the winner

Before Cow returned to the stage, he shared how he feels like he hasn't had his moment to shine and be recognized as an artist and creator. However, when he's singing on "The Masked Singer," he feels like it's his moment in the spotlight.

Cow added that the song he chose to sing is one that he "helped bring to life and is near and dear" to his heart.

For his final song and a chance to be crowned the winner, Cow sang "Take a Bow" by Rihanna.

"You are, no doubt, a legendary artist," Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg said. "You are a star, my friend. I have never wanted to know a character more."

"You did not disappoint... after that performance, it all clicked," Nicole Scherzinger said after his performance, confident in her guess on who was under the mask.

When asked what it would mean to win "The Masked Singer," Cow said, "To win the trophy would just be the icing on top of a very beautiful cake."

Donut performs a second time for the crown

Donut returned to the stage with a desire to win "The Masked Singer." Before his performance, he said that “every performance has been a love letter” to his late wife.

He then, once again, impressed the audience and panelists by singing "Drift Away" by Dobie Gray. During his performance, he made his way over to the panelists' table and they sang along with him.

"I am blown away right now," Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg said, adding that she didn't understand that he said he wasn't a known singer. "You are a seasoned performer!"

"I loved that song and you just filled our hearts and souls with your very own version," added Nicole Scherzinger.

When asked what winning would mean to him, he said, "God knows that I could really, really use a little joy in my life right now and winning would give me great, great, great joy."

Gazelle gets unmasked: Find out who it is

Cow and Donut were the two contestants saved, which meant that Gazelle was the next star to get unmasked. Before her big reveal, each panelist gave their final guesses.

Robin Thicke said it had been hard to pin down who Gazelle was before guessing it was Ashley Tisdale. Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg also guessed the "High School Musical" star. Ken Jeong was adamant that it was Constance Wu and Nicole Scherzinger believed it was Gina Rodriguez.

The panelists were all stunned — and all wrong — when it was revealed that Gazelle was Janel Parrish.

“Singing was my first love,” she said after Nick Cannon asked why she wanted to be on the show, sharing how as her acting career kicked off, she felt insecure to call herself a singer.

She also apologized for Jeong for not being Wu. "Honestly, I don't regret it at all ... We are in awe."

Sea Queen is the first star to be unmasked

Sea Queen was the first contestant to be unmasked during the finale after receiving the lowest votes. All four panelists were in agreement that Sea Queen was Macy Gray.

They were correct because it was Macy Gray.

Nicole Scherzinger said she had a voice like no other and it was an honor for her to grace the stage. Robin Thicke also praised the singer for her uniqueness and powerful vocals, "Purest form of an artist."

Gray concluded her time on the show by saying, "Be good to yourselves, be good to each other and don't take no s--- from nobody."

Still teary-eyed from the emotional performance, the panelists took their best shot at guessing who the Donut was. As each guessed, Ken Jeong shared some heartwarming words with the Donut.

"This is where, honestly, where this does not become a game anymore. This becomes a moment and an unfortunate tragedy that has moved us and inspired us all," he said. "And I think I want to say on behalf of the show, we're here for your journey because whoever you are, you are dedicating this to anyone who has loved and lost — and we are here along with you for the ride."

The Donut dedicates emotional performance to late wife

The final contestant of the night was Donut, who shared before his performance that right before joining the show he had the "lowest point in my life." In deciding his costume, he shared that it was a nod to his late wife.

"I know that she's getting a big kick out of me in this Donut costume because every Saturday morning, I would make the coffee and my wife would go out and get donuts and an apple fritter, especially for me," he shared, adding that her nickname for him was "fritter."

Dedicating his last performance to her, he sang "You Are So Beautiful" by Joe co*cker.

Ken Jeong and Nicole Scherzinger were left in tears after the song.

"You have all of our hearts," Scherzinger said, adding that it was "an honor to witness you on this stage."

Donut then shared that it was his wife's wish for him to be on the show and checking it off her bucket list brings him "great joy."

The Sea Queen brings the crowd to their feet

Sea Queen is the first wild card in "Masked Singer" history to make the finale. Before her performance, she said wearing the costume hasn't been "smooth sailing" because she's felt nervous, claustrophobic and hot in the look.

For her performance, she sang "Rescue Me" by Fontella Bass, getting the crowd on their feet.

When she finished she dropped to the ground, dropping her mic as the audience cheered. Crew members helped her get up and she twirled for the fans. “She wanted us to rescue her," Nicole Scherzinger said.

"Giving it her all, so thrilling, so amazing," Nick Cannon added.

"Entertaining times 10," Robin Thicke said, with Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg calling her a queen and adding they were "in the presence of greatness."

Gazelle glows during 'Chasing Cars' performance

Gazelle has been a top contender this season. Ahead of her performance, she shared that her costume is dedicated to someone she lost close to her. It was inspired by one of her tattoos, which is a deer with flowers on its antlers. Gazelle shared that when she puts on her costume all her insecurities and fears are gone.

"Becoming the Gazelle has really helped me come into my inner goddess," she said, before singing an emotional rendition of "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol.

Ken Jeong said his "favorite moment of the show" was saving Gazelle. "I just couldn't be happier," he added, calling it her best performance.

Cow was the first contestant to perform. In his preview, he shared how he chose his costumes as a "super fun way" to get his friends on the panel off his scent. Cow added that the costume is also a tribute to his mother, sharing how his final performance was "for her and all the strong women who have made me who I am today."

Cow went on the stage and impressed the panelists and crowd, singing "Rhythm Nation" by Janet Jackson.

Ken Jeong called it "outstanding," with Robin Thicke adding, "Holy cow. That is undoubtedly one of the best performances we've ever had any season."

All four contestants kick off the season finale

The Season 10 “Masked Singer” finale began with all four contestants performing “What I Like About You” by The Romantics for the opening number.

Cow kicked things off delivering his smooth vocals, with Gazelle next flaunting her sweet singing voice. Donut and his dominating vocals went next, followed by Sea Queen with her raspy notes.

“I have a feeling tonight is going to be one of the most amazing finales to date,” Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg said following the energetic number. “Because you guys have brought the level of talent to this show to a whole other level.”

Robin Thicke added that this was “the most competitive” finale they've had, with the rest of the panelists agreeing.

The two-hour "The Masked Singer" finale takes place on Wednesday, Dec. 20. The show will start at 8 p.m. ET/PT and air on Fox.

The finale will be available to stream on Hulu the next day, on Thursday, Dec. 21.

Rita Ora to replace Nicole Scherzingerin Season 11

Next season's panel will look a bit different. Longtime panelist Nicole Scherzinger will step away for the show's 11th season, which will air in 2024.

Scherzinger will be busy starring in a London West End production, so Rita Ora will be filling in for her next season.Ora will make her debut alongside current panelists Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg and Robin Thicke.

Ora is no stranger to "The Masked Singer" world. The singer had been a panelist on “The Masked Singer UK” since the British version debuted in January 2020.
